Better than I expected Completely surprised

Better than I expected Completely surprised. As I purchsed by Cell phone. I have had numerous comments on the design and style.

Not exactly what I thought I ordered

Not exactly what I thought I ordered..it is heavier than 32 lbs, it isn't supposed to be driven on grass, the armrests are too low for my arms and the cushion is not very comfortable. Also, no place to put a cup holder and I can't reach the under seat bag.

Wheel chair hoist

Have only used once! It worked as expected.

It's sufficient

It did not come in the gold color. It's just black. But it does allow me to explore my hilly backyard and I can get to our boat now.
So, even though it's not as "pretty" as I had hoped, it is sufficient for my needs.

Given me independence

I’ve tried a few power chairs over the years, but the Max Plus is on another level. As someone who needs extra support and a higher weight capacity, I finally feel secure and comfortable wherever I go. It’s incredibly sturdy, handles hills and uneven paths with no trouble, and the seat is supportive enough for all-day use. The battery lasts much longer than I expected, and I love the smooth ride. It’s given me independence I didn’t think I’d get back

I’ve been to the shops, the park, even on a train journey

I hadn’t realised how much I was missing out on until I got the Freedom Glide. It’s light enough for my daughter to lift into the car, and I can fold it up myself when I’m out on my own. The joystick is incredibly easy to use, and the ride is so smooth. I’ve been to the shops, the park, even on a train journey — all things I used to avoid. It’s given me my confidence back, and for the first time in years, I feel truly independent.

My freedom is back

"Before I got the Explorer, I was missing out on countryside walks with my husband and avoiding places I loved because I wasn’t sure my old chair could handle them. Since switching to the Explorer, I’ve been everywhere — across fields, along woodland trails, even the beach promenade. It’s sturdy, smooth, and I never feel like I’m holding anyone back. It’s not just a wheelchair, it’s freedom."

Best wheelchair I bought yet

The Max Plus has completely changed how I get around. It's powerful, really comfortable, and feels solid on every surface I've tried — even rougher paths. The battery lasts all day, and I love how smooth the ride is. As a larger user, finding the right chair was tough, but this one finally ticks all the boxes. Highly recommend!

Lightweight and travel friendly- fits all my needs

I bought this as a wheelchair to travel with as I do fly a lot it’s absolutely perfect. It’s not heavy very portable battery is removable and can easily be stored in the aeroplane.

The carbon fibre design is also very nice

I highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a lightweight wheelchair to purchase this. It is perfect.

I feel a lot more independent with it—and it’s even kind of fun to ride!

The Air Rider has made getting out and about so much more enjoyable. It’s compact enough to fit in tight spaces, but still feels really sturdy and comfortable when I’m on it. What I love most is how smoothly it rides—no jolts or rattles, even on uneven paths. I’ve used it for everything from local shopping to countryside paths, and it hasn’t let me down. The battery life is great, and the fold-down design makes it so easy to take with me on road trips. I feel a lot more independent with it—and it’s even kind of fun to ride!

The Nomad is truly lighweight!

The Nomad has been a total lifesaver for me. It’s incredibly light, which makes it so easy to lift in and out of the car without straining myself or needing help. Folding it takes just seconds, and it fits neatly into the boot with room to spare. Despite being so compact, it feels strong and well-built—I never feel like I’m compromising on stability. I’ve taken it on trips, shopping days, and even flights, and it handles beautifully every time. The freedom it gives me to go wherever I want, whenever I want, is exactly what I needed.

Having the carer control feature on our wheelchair has changed the way we get out

Having the carer control feature on our wheelchair has changed the way we get out and about as a family. My partner now has full control over the chair without having to physically push it, which makes navigating crowded spaces, tight shops, or inclines much easier. It’s intuitive to use, and they can steer and stop the chair with precision—even in busy areas.

What’s really great is how much more relaxed we both are when we’re out. I can sit back and enjoy the ride, knowing they have full, effortless control. For them, it’s less physically demanding and much easier to guide the chair without strain. It’s made our outings smoother, safer, and honestly more enjoyable for both of us.

It’s honestly one of the best practical tools I’ve added to my routine.

I was hesitant about getting a hoist at first, but I can’t imagine going without it now. The model I have comes with a remote, which makes things so much easier. I simply press a button, and it gently lifts and lowers my wheelchair into the car boot—no strain, no awkward lifting. It’s smooth, reliable, and has taken all the physical stress out of loading the chair.

What makes the biggest difference is how much more independent it’s made me. I don’t need someone to help every time I go out. The hoist is compact and fits neatly in the car, and the remote control means I don’t have to lean in or reach awkwardly. I now feel confident going out more often, knowing I can manage things on my own. It’s honestly one of the best practical tools I’ve added to my routine.

The Freedom Glide automatic reclining wheelchair has been a real comfort upgrade for me.

Before, I’d often get stiff or sore after being in the same position for too long. Now, with just the press of a button, I can gently recline the backrest whenever I need a break or want to stretch out. It’s made a huge difference in how I feel throughout the day—especially on longer outings or during travel.

What I really appreciate is how smooth and quiet the reclining mechanism is. It doesn’t draw attention, and I can adjust it myself without having to ask for help. The overall build of the chair is excellent—it feels secure, comfortable, and easy to navigate. It also folds easily, which makes it practical for car trips and storage. It’s not just about mobility—it’s about quality of life, and this chair has absolutely added to mine.

Using the manual reclining wheelchair has brought real comfort into my daily life.

Using the manual reclining wheelchair has brought real comfort into my daily life. I’m often in the chair for long stretches, so being able to recline whenever I need a break has been such a relief. It’s easy to adjust on my own and offers great back and leg support. I didn’t realize how much of a difference a bit of recline would make until I started using it—it’s helped reduce pressure and stiffness, especially in the afternoons. The chair is also light enough to take in the car, which is important because I like to stay active and involved in family outings. It feels secure, supportive, and it’s made a big improvement to both my comfort and confidence when I’m out and about.

It’s really made a difference in my independence.

I’ve had the Air Rider for a few months now, and it’s completely changed the way I get around. It’s compact but feels really solid, and it handles different types of terrain better than I expected. What I appreciate most is how stable and comfortable it feels, even on longer outings. I take it to the shops, on strolls with my family, and even packed it in the car for a weekend trip—it’s so easy to transport. It gives me the confidence to go further without worrying about fatigue. The controls are simple, the battery lasts well, and it folds down quickly when I need to put it away. It’s really made a difference in my independence.

5-star pro wheelchair

As an occupational therapist, I’ve recommended this wheelchair to several clients who need a reliable, lightweight powerchair for travel and everyday use. Its no-assembly design is ideal for older adults who may not be tech-savvy, and its portability makes it perfect for families or carers helping loved ones. The electromagnetic brakes and seatbelt are great safety features. It’s a well-thought-out solution for maintaining independence with minimal fuss.

Bought as an extra glad I did

My legs used to feel tired and tense after long days in the chair, but with the extension, I can elevate them and get proper support. It’s adjustable, which is great, and it fits securely without any wobble. On longer trips or even at home, it lets me stretch out and get more comfortable. I’ve noticed a big difference in circulation and swelling since I started using it. For something so simple, it’s made a huge improvement in how I feel at the end of the day.

Classy look and very comfortable indeed!

The manual reclining wheelchair has been such a comfort upgrade for me. I spend a lot of time in my chair, so being able to recline and shift my position throughout the day makes a huge difference. It relieves pressure on my back and helps reduce stiffness when I’m out for long periods. The recline mechanism is smooth and easy to adjust without needing help. The chair itself feels really sturdy, but it’s still light enough for someone to push or lift into the car. I also like that it doesn’t look too clinical—more practical and comfortable than most standard wheelchairs I’ve used.

One of the best decisions I’ve made.

Buying the hoist in my car has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. Before, I really struggled to lift my wheelchair in and out of the boot—especially on my own. Now, with the hoist, it’s completely stress-free. It lifts the chair smoothly and securely at the push of a button, and I don’t have to strain my back or rely on someone else for help. I was worried it might be complicated to use, but it’s actually really straightforward. It’s made going out so much easier, and I feel more independent knowing I can manage things myself.

Stylish wheelchair

I’ve used a few mobility chairs before, but none have matched the Nomad in terms of portability and style. I’m in my mid-20s and I travel often, so I needed something compact, airplane-approved, and easy to manage solo. This chair ticks all the boxes—it’s fast to fold, solid on sidewalks, and doesn’t feel bulky. The modern design doesn’t scream medical-this is quite important and which I appreciate. A great balance of freedom and function.

Been great so far, service has been amazing and all as expected.

I’ve been using the manual reclining chair for 5 months now, and it’s been incredibly comfortable. Being able to lean back a bit when I need to makes a big difference, especially on long days. It’s light enough to manage easily, but still feels strong and supportive. A great balance of comfort and practicality.

Great quality, and it’s really handy whether I’m out for the day or just running errands.

This bag cover has been so useful. It keeps all my essentials safe, dry, and within easy reach. It attaches securely to my chair and doesn’t get in the way when moving around. Great quality, and it’s really handy whether I’m out for the day or just running errands.

The hoist has made things so much easier for me.

The hoist has made things so much easier for me. Lifting the wheelchair into the car used to be exhausting, but now it's just a button and done. It's reliable, easy to use, and has taken the stress out of going places. I feel much more independent and confident going out now.
